1. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Prepaid Orders Benefit: Customers who pay online at checkout may receive exclusive discounts/offers, as displayed on the product or checkout page.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is available only for orders up to ₹2000.
Orders above ₹2000 must be prepaid.
We may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
Customers repeatedly refusing COD orders may lose COD privilege in the future.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by writing to 📧 burrshat@gmail.com
.Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Returns & Exchange Policy
At Burrshat, every shirt goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch. Returns/Exchanges are accepted only under genuine cases:
✅ Accepted if:
You received a wrong product (different item/color than ordered).
The size delivered does not match the size you ordered.
❌ Not Accepted if:
Product has been worn, washed, or altered.
Return request is made after 72 hours of delivery.
Product was purchased under clearance/discount/final sale.
📝 Return Process:
To request a return/exchange, email us at burrshat@gmail.com
within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and proof.
Once approved, pickup will be arranged, or return instructions will be shared.
Refund/Resolution depends on payment method:
👉 Prepaid Orders – Refund issued to the original payment source within 7–10 working days after verification.
👉 COD Orders – Refunds are not processed to bank/cash. Instead, a Burrshat Gift Card / Store Credit equal to your order value will be issued, valid for your next purchase.
5. Sizing & Product Variation
Size charts are provided; please review carefully before purchase.
Slight color variations may occur due to photography & screen differences.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content belong to Burrshat. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Burrshat is not responsible for courier delays or damages post-dispatch.
Liability is limited to the product’s purchase value.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
